Product Description
Wellgut one® is a probiotic product designed and produced in the form of oral drops for use by infants and children under 2 years of age. This product contains a high amount of safe and useful bacterial strains of Lactobacillus reuteri, which is used to maintain the health of the gums and teeth, as well as to maintain the natural balance of the normal microbiome of the mouth.

How to use:
Children under 2 years: put 5 drops daily on the gums and gently massage or as directed by the doctor.
Shake well before use.
Pharmacological and Clinical effect:
Lactobacillus are one of the effective and specific probiotics for maintaining the health of children. Studies have shown that the consumption of probiotics can be effective through mechanisms such as competition for binding sites and food, bacteriocin production, regulation of the acidity of the oral environment, in inhibiting the pathogenic factors that cause tooth decay and modulating the oral microbiome.
Side Effects
Most probiotics are naturally present in the GI system and Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Probiotics are usually well-tolerated and the most common side effect is flatulence, which is usually mild and subsides as consuming probiotics continues. If allergic reactions such as rash, itching, dizziness, coughing and other respiratory problems occur, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.
Interaction:
Concomitant use of antibiotics with probiotics may reduce the effectiveness of probiotics. Therefore, it is recommended to take these two drugs at least two hours apart.
Consult your doctor if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs or chemotherapy.
Precaution and Warning:
In the following cases, inform the doctor before taking the medicine:
Having certain conditions such as immunodeficiency and short bowel syndrome, or if there is high fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, kidney problems, and liver disorders.
If you notice any signs of severe infection (such as high fever, chills and persistent cough) or allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face, mouth and tongue, severe dizziness, cough, shortness of breath, inform your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
Contraindication:
Avoid taking the product if you have a history of allergy to any components of products.
Storage:
According to the results of stability tests, Zist takhmir probiotic supplements can be stored for 2 weeks at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius, but the best storage conditions for this product are at a temperature of 2 to 8 degrees Celsius (inside the refrigerator), which increases the shelf life. Probiotic bacteria are useful and effective.
