Pharmacological and Clinical effect:

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder in women, characterized by symptoms such as irregular periods, insulin resistance, elevated androgens, polycystic ovaries, and ovulation problems. This condition can lead to reduced fertility, obesity, and an increased risk of metabolic diseases.

Female infertility can be caused by a variety of factors, including ovulation problems, blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis, or hormonal imbalances. Lifestyle factors, stress, and nutritional deficiencies also play a role.

This product’s formulation, with its combination of active ingredients, synergistically helps improve fertility and manage PCOS:

1. Inositol

Inositol is a form of sugar found in your body, in some foods, and as a supplement. Your body needs inositol for cell growth and development. But research suggests that inositol may have many potential health benefits.

Among the roles of inositol are regulating ovarian function, increasing the quality and maturation of eggs by improving insulin sensitivity, and restoring hormonal balance, which helps ovulation and reduce PCOS symptoms.

2. Methylfolate

Folate is a type of B vitamin that occurs naturally in many foods. Folic acid is a synthetic form of folate that is added to processed foods or vitamin and mineral supplements. Folate deficiency in the human body can be caused by certain diseases, taking certain medications, or not getting enough folate in your diet. Folate deficiency can lead to low red blood cells, or anemia. Folate deficiency can also cause elevated levels of a certain amino acid in the blood, a condition called hyperhomocysteinemia. Studies have shown that folate plays a role in supporting DNA synthesis, cell division, and proper fetal development during the early stages of implantation and reducing the risk of neural tube defects in early pregnancy.

3. Coenzyme Q10

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a substance that helps produce energy in cells by making adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is involved in cellular energy transfer. CoQ10 is found in almost all cells in the body and is a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants fight harmful particles in the body called free radicals, which damage cell membranes, disrupt DNA, and even cause cell death. Scientists believe that free radicals play a role in the aging process as well as a number of health problems, including heart disease and cancer. Antioxidants like CoQ10 can neutralize free radicals and may reduce or even prevent some of the damage they cause. CoQ10 is found throughout the body, with the highest levels in the heart, liver, kidneys, and pancreas.

Studies have shown that this substance is effective in increasing mitochondrial energy production, supporting egg quality, and protecting against oxidative stress.

4. Vitamin: B12

Vitamin B12 is an essential vitamin found in foods such as meat, fish and dairy. It can also be made synthetically in a laboratory. Vitamin B12 is needed for the function and growth of many parts of the body, including the brain, nerves and blood cells. 5. Melatonin:

Melatonin is a hormone that your brain produces in response to darkness. It helps to regulate circadian rhythms and sleep. Exposure to light at night can suppress melatonin production.

6. Vitamin: D3

Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amount of vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus is important for building and maintaining strong bones. Cholecalciferol, as one of the most commonly used forms of vitamin D, is often used as a supplement in people to maintain adequate levels of vitamin D in the body or to treat vitamin D deficiency, as well as various medical conditions that can be directly or indirectly linked to vitamin D deficiency, such as osteoporosis and chronic kidney disease, etc. Studies have shown that vitamin D plays a role in increasing calcium absorption, improving insulin sensitivity, and supporting the overall health of the reproductive system, improving endometrial health, and increasing embryo implantation rates in IVF by regulating the immune system.

7. Selenium:

Side Effects

These ingredients do not cause any specific side effects in the amounts contained in the formulation, the following may be observed in some sensitive individuals:

Digestive discomfort such as nausea, bloating, or diarrhea, feeling drowsy, headache, and dizziness.

Consumption of this product with other products containing vitamin D, calcium, and vitamin E can lead to serious complications including vitamin D toxicity and increased risk of bleeding with high doses of vitamin E in the body.

Interaction:

This product may interact with blood thinners, antihypertensives, antidiabetic drugs, sedatives, antidepressants, and anticonvulsants.
